HOLDEN LUNSFORD

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Holden Lunsford serves as Chief Executive Officer of Union Industrial Co., based in Dallas, Texas.

 

He is the former Managing Partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), a vertically-integrated commercial real estate service and development company based in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw all third-party transaction services and corporate growth initiatives at the company. During his time at HLC, Mr. Lunsford was instrumental in forming the company's Dallas office leasing and tenant representation businesses.

 

Mr. Lunsford started his career as a commercial real estate investment banking professional at HFF, L.P. (NYSE: HF) in Dallas, where he contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of office, industrial, multi-housing, hotel and retail assets across the southern United States.  During this time, he executed more than $2.62 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.

 

Mr. Lunsford is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BBA, Finance) and Harvard Business School (OPM).

 

Mr. Lunsford also currently serves as a partner of Holt Lunsford Holdings, a diversified family office, and is involved with several philanthropic boards, including The Real Estate Council (TREC), MediAlliance International, and the East-West Ministries Partnership Board.

LUCCAS BORGES

Luccas Borges serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Union Industrial Co., based in Dallas, Texas. 

 

Mr. Borges worked in real estate finance and private equity with Temerity Strategic Partners, and formerly worked in middle market private equity and venture capital with The Pritzker Organization (TPO). In those roles, he has underwritten, diligenced, and negotiated private operating company and real estate transactions. He has also advised and evaluated capital strategy, both for LPs allocating capital and new Funds raising capital. 

 

Mr. Borges started his career at McKinsey & Company with the Strategy and Corporate Finance Group in New York, where he supported major real estate firms and industrial operating businesses on operations and growth strategy.  

 

Mr. Borges graduated from Harvard College as a John Harvard Scholar in three years with Advanced Standing, magna cum laude, (BA, Economics) and pursued his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has remained involved with academia and co-authored an HBS case with Prof. Arthur Segel: Liberty Square and The Affordable Housing Crisis (Copyright 2022).

 

Mr. Borges serves as an ambassador for The Oley Foundation, volunteers on behalf of the Trauma Center Association of America, and is a frequent speaker at national and international medical conferences.
